I first trained with James 3 months ago with the specific goal to improve my fitness and strength. James is an excellent trainer, We train twice a week, Workouts and routines are varied and the sessions are always challenging. He has tailored routines not only for my overall fitness and conditioning goals, but also to improve core stability and flexibility. Previously I was a member of a gym and would train twice a week, but it was all to easy for me to take breaks and skip sets and I had no structure to my workouts, so I needed a new approach.
Training with James is exactly what is required. He is professional, detailed and ensures that you are doing exercises correctly which maximises the impact. His knowledge of muscle groups, and knowledge of new and innovative training approaches enables him to plan exercise sets and routines based on your goals so that you can concentrate on a full efficient workout without having to plan it yourself.
