James is Extremely Knowledgeable, Achieves Results and Enjoyable Sessions

As I was very unfit and my energy levels were often very low I was rather apprehensive when I first started personal training sessions with James. I was really concerned that I would not be capable of much and might land up even more exhausted than usual. James discusses your exercise goals with you and works with you to help you achieve them. Fortunately James took my sad state into consideration and geared the sessions to my ability.

He is extremely knowledgeable, his fitness room/gym is very well kitted out. James combines cardio and weight training and gets you to exercise at the right level to constantly improve your fitness, strength and stamina. Even though it’s hard work I now really look forward to the sessions.

My fitness level, strength, stamina and energy levels have all improved significantly during the 3 months I have been attending sessions with James. He also makes you aware of the importance of a healthy diet and can provide you with a healthy eating plan if you wish. James makes one’s workouts very varied which keeps it interesting and challenging. He is very good at pushing one just that bit further than you knew you had it in you to manage to do.
